Shipping policy

 

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Standard and Express Post. 

Once your order is packed and leaves Charlii HQ, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can track the progress and delivery time of your parcel. 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages or packages that are delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post. We are always happy to help and can assist in lodging an investigation if required. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. Any returned packages due to incorrect postage address may incur a return to sender fee.
